We would like to say a big Thank You to all the customers that came to our first Dolls House fair at Burford on Saturday 28th October 2017
We had a wonderful selection of exhibitors offering a wide range of items and both halls were full of lovely miniatures. The atmosphere was very pleasant and comments from customers were flowing on what a nice day had been had and lovely to see a fair back in the area.  The refreshments were also a welcome attraction and there was plenty of space to take a seat and sit and peruse. We even had good weather with sun streaming into the halls.   Next year we hope we can repeat this fair again with similar array of quality exhibitors and that word of mouth will tell all that it is a fair to visit.
We were also lucky to have displays from Cheltenham & Gloucester and MTW (Thame) Dolls house Clubs.
We also raised lots for various Charities the main charity was Sobell House a local Oxfordshire Hospice which we raised funds from a raffle, guide book, and collections. We had some beautiful donations from Exhibitors for the raffle which have now all found loving homes.(thank you to the Cheltenham ladies who very kindly ran the raffle for us and did a superb job) They also ran their own Tombola raising funds for the Colbalt Unit in Cheltenham.  Finally MTW had a stall selling miniatures in aid of Breast Cancer NOW
Also thank you to all customers who signed up for the Newsletter we selected one at random at the end of the show, and the lucky recipient of the Handmade Bed was Jackie Staynings, and we hope she enjoys the bed.
Thank you again To Customers, Exhibitors, Helpers, and the venue organisers
